My Dream for Women Rising ❣️
Writing about this topic was the challenge set by my new Embodiment Breathwork Coach, Klara Adalena.
I’m not sure if I had a dream for women rising, but when I think about it, it makes total sense.
Over the last 100 years the feminine essence and the wisdom of women have been put down, abused and destroyed, often by power hungry men who are afraid of what they don’t understand and can’t control.
Yet here we are, still navigating ourselves through a patriarchal, masculine world.
This is my personal experience, certainly recently, as I try and navigate my way through self-healing as well as building a business that is going to sustain me and give me the future I truly desire.
A future of freedom, vibrant health, fun and pleasure.
It’s a balancing act of masculine and feminine, and I am being led more and more to embracing the feminine and what that actually means.
I am meeting more and more incredible women who are embracing and developing their feminine energy.
What is feminine energy?
For me, it is:

❤️ compassion
❤️ pleasure
These cannot be controlled and if we can live our lives with these values, life becomes more enjoyable.
Even just saying those words…

I feel lighter, and a smile fills my face ☺️
Whether you’re a man or a woman, you can fully embrace the feminine and bring more of the feminine energy into your everyday life.
While the world outside seems to operate by very different values, as individuals we can choose our own path.
Everything in your world revolves around you!
